PriceSheet Pro Help — Pressure Washing Quotes & Pricing

Short answers on creating quotes, pricing, the free-first policy, Pro, and your Dashboard. Can't find it? Use the feedback form below — it goes straight to the operator.

How do I create a pressure washing quote?
Open the free quote builder and tap the job you're pricing (driveway, house wash, roof, deck, patio, or commercial flatwork). Pick the job size, choose how tough the job is and any add-ons, enter your business and customer details, then review and press Create Professional Quote. It takes about 60 seconds — and your first professional quote is free.
Is the recommended price my final price?
The recommended quote is calculated from real job costs and your target profit margin — but you always own the final number. On the review screen you can optionally adjust the final price; your adjustment is recorded as your decision, and your internal cost and margin never print on the customer document.
Do I have to know the exact square footage?
No. Size presets cover typical jobs (for example a 3-car driveway). If you know the number, tap "Enter the exact size instead" — your exact square footage always replaces the preset.
How do I send the quote to my customer (PDF, share, text)?
From the final screen: Download / Print PDF (print or save as PDF — it's formatted as a clean one-page professional document), Share Quote (your phone's share sheet), or Copy for Text / Email (a plain-text version). You can send it however your customer prefers.
What is free, and when do I need Pro?
The pricing calculator and price preview are free and unlimited. Your first complete professional quote is free. Unlimited additional professional quotes, saved pricing defaults, your customer and quote history, quote tracking, and follow-up tools are part of PriceSheet Pro.
What does Pro include, and is it really $39 once?
$39 one-time — no subscription, ever. Pro includes: unlimited professional quotes; your saved business pricing defaults (labor rate, minimum charge, target margin) applied to every quote; the customer and quote database; Draft / Sent / Won / Lost tracking; the follow-up workflow with copy-ready scripts; your Pro dashboard; plus the Master Price Sheet and Job Costing Worksheet (CSV), the 6-module Pricing Playbook, and the customer-facing Service Menu. One payment, unlocked forever on any device you sign in from.
How do I get back into my Dashboard?
After purchase you stay signed in on your device — bookmark your Dashboard page for one-tap access. If you change devices or lose access, reopen the portal from the private access link in your purchase confirmation email and you're back in. There's no password to remember or lose.
What do Draft, Sent, Won, and Lost mean?
Draft — created, not sent yet. Sent — you explicitly marked the quote sent (downloading or sharing never changes status by itself). Won / Lost — the decided outcome. Your dashboard leads with quotes still waiting on a customer answer, oldest first, so follow-up always has a next step. Mark Sent from the quote the moment you send it, and close the loop with Won or Lost when the customer answers.
How do follow-ups work?
Open Follow-Ups in your dashboard: you'll see your sent quotes that are still waiting on a customer answer, oldest first (the longest-waiting job is the most urgent). Each one has copy-ready text and email scripts — tap to copy, personalize, and send. Won and lost quotes never re-enter the queue.
Can I edit a quote I already created?
Yes. In your dashboard, open any saved quote and tap Edit as New Quote — the builder prefills from the stored quote and lands on the review screen. Creating it saves a brand-new quote; the original record is never changed. You can also reprint, re-share, or copy any saved quote from the same detail view.
