1. Nature of the Service

PriceSheet Pro provides business planning, job costing calculation, and estimate generation tools for exterior cleaning contractors and owner-operators. By accessing this website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Estimation & Financial Disclaimers

All calculators, spreadsheet matrices, formulas, and pricing templates are planning and estimation aids based on user-supplied inputs and baseline assumptions. They do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or guaranteed market-rate advice. Actual profitability depends on your business expenses, local market conditions, labor efficiency, equipment performance, and weather. We make no representation or warranty regarding specific business earnings.

3. Digital Product License

Upon purchase of the PriceSheet Pro — Professional Quote & Pricing System ($39.00 one-time fee), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the spreadsheets, playbooks, scripts, and software tools for your internal business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the downloadable CSV matrices, playbooks, or templates.

4. One-Time Purchases; No Auto-Renewal

All products currently sold on this site are one-time purchases. You are not enrolled in any subscription, recurring billing, or automatic renewal when you buy PriceSheet Pro, and no recurring charges will be made to your payment method.

These Terms reserve the right to offer optional subscription plans in the future. Any future subscription would be a separate, clearly disclosed purchase with its own terms, disclosed renewal price, renewal timing, and cancellation path before you enroll.
