Information We Collect

When you save a calculation or purchase a digital product, you provide your email address, an optional business name, and the job specifications you type into the tool. You may use the free calculator without providing an email address.

We collect first-party usage events (page views, calculator interactions, button clicks, and referral/UTM source tags) to evaluate tool usability and marketing channel performance.

When our Google Analytics measurement is enabled, Google's analytics service sets a cookie (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors, and we pass Google the opaque click identifier that arrives with advertising clicks (gclid) so we can measure which traffic sources lead to tool use and purchases. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalization; we do not run remarketing audiences. If your browser blocks our measurement script, we keep conversion events countable using a random identifier generated and stored on your own device; it contains no personal information and is never shared with anyone else.

Payment Information

All payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

How We Use Information

We use your email to save your pricing profile and quote history, to identify and support your purchases, and to understand how the tools are used. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your Choices

You may request deletion of your email address or stored calculation records at any time by contacting support@pricesheetpro.com. Consumer planning-estimate pages store nothing: those estimates are not saved or transmitted.
